ArborXR is purely remote so there aren't a whole lot of "water cooler" moments. They do make a big commitment in fostering these types of situations though. For example: All team breakout rooms, all company annual retreats, game/social hours.

ArborXR is a fast-paced, growing company in the VR headset management space. They offer competitive salary, great benefits, and the C-suite guys are genuinely interested in the employees.

ArborXR over-hired big time and laid off many good people—some of which had left good jobs to join a hot and upcoming company.
