      A lot of deal exposure for entry level roles. Great guys

      Cons

      High turnover. Messy deals brought in by brokers. You’re expected to “work with what you have” a lot of times which is not the standard at other shops

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
