Good place to learn - thrown right into the fire, see a lot of deal flow - with exception of upper management people there are great

No regard of personal life. Constant stress from upper management, originators, treasury, asset management, legal, just about every department. Empty promises from upper management, felt like was constantly understaffed and overworked. Late nights and weekends were common. Many people were fired, a lot of turnover
