      Cons

      unless you are located in the Santa Ana area, you will be working from home. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it does limit interaction with team members.

      - Strong Company Resources - Always improving Tech - Staying at the forefront in Marketing - Hivemind Resources with other Loan Officers - Owners are Originators too; they are in the field just like everyone else

      - Operational support varies, some Ops Team members are Rock Stars, others don't communicate very well
