Independence in my role, which allows me to manage my own tasks and time. Positive relationship with the client I support, which makes my daily work more enjoyable. Cons
Very little effort to boost morale or recognize hard work. The job role is often underestimated, and employees aren’t set up for success with proper training. Training is led by people who don’t use the systems we work with, making it less effective. No incentives or rewards for performance. On-call duties are required, and everyone is salary No positive team-building activities, leading to a strong "us vs. them" mentality between teams. Lack of cohesion or collaboration among different teams.
