pros here like barter system give project then take your part ie salary which is the employee right but still...
Every reviews made on Facebook profile of this company are by the madeasy students because CEO of this company is a teacher, those reviews are not from the employees who have worked here, and if you genuinely wants reviews ask employees not students who don't know the bright side of the story
Cons
giving salary after 45 days or even there is no surety that you will get it.
they ask for explanation why should we give you salary that too after 10 of the next month through emails or other medias. ( if you seriously want this ask one on starting of month bdw why should one has to give explanation although after sharing everything with top management complete months work this how they torture.
not all rules are for everyone some has to show everything to prove their cause of absent some are just enjoying candies.
