- Team work and team support is very strong. - Great team of talented data scientists - A collaborative environment - Complex and interesting work with some very large clients - Always pushing the envelop to harness the latest technology enhancements - If you like random trivia, you will enjoy the weekly Friday team trivia lunches
Cons
As a services company Apption works on various client projects often in parallel. The team splits off into smaller 2-5 person groups. Smaller groups focused on different projects can appear as though the team as a whole is not working together to achieve a common goal.
