Not the best - Technology Appspace Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and opinion on your time here at Igloo. We agree that there are great people here at Igloo, and we are moving forward and changing pace with our technology. Our compensation as an organization is something we take very seriously at Igloo, and we review it annually, as it aligns to the region and skillsets. We do have roles that are part of a bonus structure and that would be addressed in the recruitment process. As far as RRSP matching and other total rewards, we continually weigh which benefits are considered to be most valuable to our employees so your input is meaningful. We have heard this from all employees. Change is inevitable for a growing company and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to scale.
