Pros
This is a company that has seen tremendous growth in the last year and is gracefully dealing with growing pains to ensure that staff stay connected. It's overall a family friendly company with special events for kids during the holidays and summer break. It's not unusual to see a mom working with her baby alongside in a stroller. There's always a great vibe and energy. We celebrate success together as well as birthdays. Thankfully there's an in-house gym since you can't move a centimeter without encountering a cake for one reason or another. The company is smart because it invests early in staff training. Staff are flown from global offices to Israel for training. It's an amazing opportunity to connect with colleagues and be immersed in the culture.
Cons
Growing pains...but something good will come of it :)
