Heath benefits are decent as of a year or two ago, not sure how they are now.
Cons
Management is never on the same page - one manager will tell you one thing, another something else, then you get in trouble for not performing up to expectations. Every single employee is treated differently and is held to a different standard. There are favorites, and there are those who are not favorites. The time off is horrible - people feel guilty calling in sick as they have some limited time off, so they usually come in sick, and infect the entire office. The HR department cannot be trusted, actually nobody in management can be trusted for the most part.
