Good employer but culture is very bad - Sales Manager ApplyBoard Employee Review

Huge Politics Undue favorism Increments , promotions all depends on your relation with manager. performance doesn't matter. We have lost many very good performers who was contributing very well and today we are suffering in market due to this. I know many X Colleagues who were not promoted for past 2-5 years even performing better than many who were promoted. Experience and performance does't matter here but boss management matter a lot. 4th Class HR , look like their only role is to hire and fire the talent. They are involved in on the first day of employee and than last day of employee, inbetween there is no discussion or involvement.
