      Pros

      Great colleagues, relaxed atmosphere, strong technical skills. Very open and decent with staff (eg handled the federal budget squeeze very well)

      Cons

      Very poor leave situation (a smallish pool of leave that has to be used for everything). Also seems to be having trouble navigating federal contracting nonsense, and so it gets blindsided by bigger but less technically competent rivals.

      Pros

      Great pay to do what I love. Strong leadership and a drive to excel makes this a winning place to work. During the federal downturn, this company kept my colleagues employed with their own profits and proactively figured out ways to prevent this from happening in the future.

      Cons

      Have not yet realized their full potential.
