Continues to grow no matter economic situation Commits to options for employee happiness Encourages employee movement within the company Strong technical/business leaders to learn from E-Team appears to have a good balance between company and employee needs
Cons
Still catching up on salaries Not sure about commitment to 'long term' remote work vs. desire to 'strongly suggest' hybrid structure Would like a stronger contribution to 401k from company. To be fair, I don't industry average to know where we stand.
