Severe Favoritism. Complacent Management. Merit Raises are sparse, the company does not keep up with industry standard or cost of living/inflation. You pay for your own parking when not remote. Poor communication and resources. 0 Discipline for Underperformance and Complaints are Ignored. No Room to move up unless you have others to pick up your slack while you focus on other opportunities to move laterally. They're numbers focused over behavior, and the numbers can be manipulated. Little to no training with no designated trainers, training is done by job shadowing others in your role.
