Pros
Applied has a powerful brand and leading market position, and continues to invest in growth and innovation. Applied's product expansion and geographical expansion (most recently to the UK & Ireland) has enabled many in the company to take on new roles. Its been fun working with leaders of Applied's teams around the world to come up with solutions to the problems encountered in insurance.
Cons
Routine growing pains. With 15+ offices and a healthy batch of remote workers, it can be challenging day-to-day to collaborate as much as we'd like. Tools like Slack, Webex, etc help but waiting for the next breakthrough here!
