Even during periods of change, I've noticed a lot of people working together and doing their best to support one another. Variety in my role. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and gives me the opportunity to connect with different people across the organization. Being able to make an impact. Whether it's helping clinics fill positions or connecting candidates with opportunities, it's rewarding knowing I'm contributing to the company's success. The relationships. One of my favorite parts so far has been building connections with clinic leadership, candidates, and team members across different locations.
