11yI'm sorry to hear about your experience with Appian and wish you well in the future. To clarify, however, benefits have not been cut, they are increasing all the time. We recently added tuition reimbursement as just one example. There never was a company cruise in your time with us -- the last one (for employees only) was 2006 and we replaced it with an annual retreat where the whole family is paid for. Indie time has always been optional and I'm sorry you found yourself unable to take advantage of this important part of the Appian experience in your short time with us. We've added group competitions to the traditional indie time and found great success so far. Thanks again for taking the time to share your opinions and for your contributions to Appian.
