      Pros

      Been here for over a year..they promote themselves as the next big thing but leadership does not know where they are leading the company

      Upper management is a closed group

      Thank you for your feedback. As we grow, it's good to remember to keep challenging the many new leaders in "upper management" to find ways to operate openly and encourage new ideas. As for where we are going, we help make enterprise software simple with our Low Code Platform. We're going to keep doing that.

      Pros

      I loved my co-workers. Everyone was super helpful and a lot of people were friendly. I enjoyed hanging out with them during lunch hour. People thought very highly of the management. I had a boss that really cared about me personally and was fair but kind. The company also valued personal development and gave time to learn new skills and build side projects for the company.

      Cons

      I did not find it meaningful to work on software that was helping big corporations.
