- the company hires brilliant people with good background and experience - good projects and clients - competitive compensation - flexibility between wfh and work from office - some things are organized and some are chaotic which is understandable for a small and young company - a lot of growth potential
Cons
I’m from the toronto office and I can only speak for myself and what I experience or see. The culture or should I say practically everything is dictated by 1 person - appy’s golden boy who is so full of himself. It’s always about him. He makes all the decisions and when someone else decides, he will make sure they are always wrong and he makes it known to everyone. He has directors but he treats them like juniors and puppets and they make things worse instead of balancing things out. It’s hard for them to establish credibility and earn people’s respect. He still runs the whole show even though he seems not involved in projects. In short, he is toxic and therefore, the culture he cultivates is toxic.
