      Everything, the Jerk Boss, management, no HR to protect you from the Boss, you will be lying constantly to the government, they will make you cheat on certificates just so they can use them for the business and more and more BS...

      Pros

      I was hired by Appddiction to work at Metro Public Health Department in Nashville, TN. They always paid me on time and had clear communication.

      Cons

      I would have liked more opportunities to ask for pay increases.

      Contracted team was awesome, Everyone in the office was nice enough

      Cons

      Felt like walking on eggshells, especially around the CEO/higher ups. Being even 1 minute late was a risk to your employment and most everyone feared being immediately terminated if the CEO was in a bad mood. Pay was laughable but at least you got experience for as long as you could survive
