Sometimes too busy or too physical

Uniform provided and washed. Vehicle to take home for drivers.

Most staff on or close to minimum wage. Drivers and team leaders slightly more. Can’t take leave on any week with a public holiday in it. Unrealistic expectations of staff. A culture within the company of staff skipping breaks to keep up with the workload. Staff members encouraged to count toilet breaks as their break. HR is unprofessional and incapable of successfully doing their role. Employee wellbeing is not prioritised. Management threatened staff not to join a union. Management also released employees reluctant to work during COVID lockdowns. Overtime is paid at the usual 1x rate. No Christmas party. High staff turnover.
