1)Awesome welcome by recruiter only on 1st Day. 2)Company have guts to open a branch in Pune Magarpatta. 3)Just to open start up in Pune, they hired a very good and talented people and paid a good amount of salary. 4) Six months base got strong and they got a good hold in Pune now. 5) Good Hopes Appdirect will be a part of Apple soon.
Cons
Guys here come the reality, 1) Do you want to enjoy for a day or for a longer period of time. 2)Company is not mentally strong, They don't want to grow as a profession, they can take decision at any point of time. They just want to do a business like a Marwadi. 2) Company don't want to grow as a big brand. 3) Cheap mentality, you have no idea they have already decided to keep you for a year only. Because they don't want to appraise. 4) like I said in Pros 4. Base is already strong and now they are using a fresher's to work on . 5) If you ever thing , WOW I got a good position with good salary in appdirect, it's just for less than a year my friend. 6) Germany Appdirect Employees are worst. They will never show in front of you. They guys are scared from Indians, that's is the reason they are preparing a draft for since you joined and you will never know it's the same german employee who trained you. 7) Indians got the best talent and very well productivity that is the reason you came here to open a start up. 8) Just checkout the history from midyear of 2016 to till date . How many employees has left. 9) Employees don't want to leave the organization., But company creating such situation in which you have one two option either you die or leave the job, Options is yours 10) Ask the employee I'd of latest employee and ask how many are currently working on. (Ex: Latest empid= 350, Current working = 85 ,) 11) It's means 265 employee has left the organization . You can also say appdirect fired them. 12) Don't you think it's huge number of ratio.265 employee or more than that in just 2.5 years.. 13) Just because of your pressure ,Few Indian senior employee are treating like a hell.they don't even deserve it to be in the organization. 14) Why don't you catch them, who are coming late ,going early, Just to show off shooting email to management in their night so that US management thinks ,wow we hired such a hard-working employee. 15) Amazing Politics
