There really are no cons

Laid Back, Fun team, interesting pay scales and spiffs. Cools products and lots of cool technology. Lots of support from your sales managers.

Management is iffy. Not as in Sales Managers, as in the owner and bureaucracy of the dealership. I don't have high hopes for the future of the company unless drastic changes are made. Poor location.
