Develop sales & recruiting skills. Work many different companies
You get trained and people make good money here.
There are a lot of positions to work so you stay busy.
Cons
While the management team is approachable, there is an opportunity for them to transition from administrative oversight to more active, hands-on support for the team's core deliverables."
The other recruiters are nice and the pay and benefits are good
Cons
You will always be told every candidate you present is a red flag when you are training - even if they were out of work for a few years to take care of their kids. It makes it hard to learn and almost every person was yelled at when I was there. I talked to some others in similar roles and the processes I was taught to do were not recommended in their offices.
