      Pros

      Surrounded by smart motivated people who care about doing a good job. Pay is good, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Everybody works very hard, which is a good culture to have but if you want to stand out you need to put in some serious hours. Can be political at times. 45% of my take home pay was an end of year bonus.

      A super innovative and entrepreneurial place that is leading both equity and credit markets every day. If you enjoy an intellectually stimulating creative culture working amongst the most brilliant and talented people in the industry, this is the place.

      Cons

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
