Pros
Before 2019, especially before 2016 RS was a great company. But in 2016 it was acquired by Apollo Group , because the company was not successful at the public market.
Cons
Apollo started their plans to reduce the cost by outsourcing all the position to India, Mexico and other cheap locations. The customer satisfaction became worse and worse in years. Redundancy waves started in the US, UK and European offices. All good specialists left (and everyone else will leave soon), only some manager positions will stay till the end of 2024. Nothing good is expected, we all think the company will lose it's position and probably will disappear soon. Even though the company says all the time that they value their customers and employees, it is just a lie.
