Pros

Easy job. Initially had a very good vibe, most people enjoyed coming to work. Great hours.

Cons

Pay. Most of the employees were let go due to the outbound and around 90% of the inbound departments closing. The levels of management weren’t always in lockstep.

Pros

the company has good pay and good benefits but that is about all the pros of working for a huge global company like apogee/savers

Cons

The upper management really has no clue at all of what is going on at street level. They put large decisions in the hands of incompetent regional managers who have their hands tied and they end up terminating the regional manager after they let him make very bad choices.
