-Does not pay employees on time or sometimes at all or even what they are worth -He will constantly Scream at staff and act unprofessionally twords staff -He Has called me unemployable by any standards numerous times -He does not pay for all hours worked, in fact not even half of the hours worked -Forced overtime WITHOUT pay -3 months without a paycheck in which he blames my dad for -Forces me to go to movies with him or other "mandatory company activities" off company hours unpaid, and will throw a hissy fit if you force yourself away from him not to go -Constantly badmouths former and even current employees (myself included) whenever he wants and even badmouths in front of or to customers and staff -Offers discounts for reviews even though it is illegal to do so and forces them to write them while they are at his shop pressuring the client to write a 5 star review -When a bad review is given he will call the client and offer refunds or any other means to have the review removed which is also illegal -Constantly will waste the customers and staffs time by doing what he needs to do instead of helping the client that is there patiently waiting to be helped -Nothing is ever his fault -Will peer pressure you into not taking breaks and still clocking out for lunch just because he bought lunch for you

The owner would sometimes buy lunch.

Owner screams and throws things. Nothing is ever his fault, even though it really is. No break time or lunch time - just keep working. Badmouths former employees and even current ones if a potential employer calls for a reference. Does the same to former customers. Shuffles employee hours to never pay the overtime that is worked, moves hours to other weeks to only pay straight time. Failed to pay my final paycheck. I could go on forever.
