Pros
Management cares about being fair and works to bring the very diverse staff together. The company struggled during Covid and had to right size to avoid shutting down, which was hard on everyone. They have since recovered and are working on continuous improvement.
Cons
Covid disrupted everything. Sales, supply chain, workforce, everything. Also led to restructuring and staff turnover. There has been time to recover, and it seems they are doing that well.
