Onboarding was one of the best I've experienced - well organized and clearly designed to get new hires productive quickly rather than leaving them to figure things out on their own. The hybrid setup is reasonable: 3 days in the office, 2 at home. If you're not near an office, full remote is an option. Comp and benefits are competitive. Career development is taken seriously here. There are real opportunities to deepen expertise, and that expertise is recognized and valued - not just checked off a box.
