From day one, it's clear this isn't a ticket-pushing operation. The work is legitimately complex and interesting. The team culture is collaborative without being chaotic. People across different areas communicate well and step in to help each other. Management is knowledgeable, accessible, and respects the expertise of the people doing the work. Onboarding was one of the best I've experienced - well organized and clearly designed to get new hires productive quickly rather than leaving them to figure things out on their own. The hybrid setup is reasonable: 3 days in the office, 2 at home. If you're not near an office, full remote is an option. Comp and benefits are competitive. Career development is taken seriously here.
