      Remote work environment, easy work flow

      Cons

      Terrible treatment to contractors especially to the ones with foreign backgrounds. Racist and discriminative management that leads through fear by reminding people that they can be fired any time. And there is no one to reach out to when having these concerns and problems with the management. They do whatever they want, whenever they want.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
