Pros
Stability, Slow growth potential. Working with good people, plus the ability to feel like your providing a positive service to people starting their retirement.
Cons
Hard to advance if not considered a favorite. In Retirement section they claim they are not a call center, when in fact they are and even take metrics like any call center would. Must be able to take high volume of calls dealing with all sorts of people, burn out potential.
