      Pros

      Work is good. A lot of learning. Can enhance skills in areas of research, excel, modeling, insurance companies financial statement analysis. Moderate work pressure. Has online kwench library to issues books. Time to time awards for exceptional work or innovation.

      Cons

      Hikes are low and non-negotiable. No year-end performance-based bonuses. Low bonuses form part of CTC and are fixed. This makes actual pay even lower. And doesn't make you feel worthwhile at all.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
