Pros

Health Insurance, 401k match. It's a paycheck.

Cons

No HR on site makes it a virtual country club for management. Too many older upper management works with no computer skills and time management skills never being held accountable. Lower level workers treated like cattle. No room for advancement for lower level workers. Younger workers leave all the time and no one asks "why?". Bullying runs rampant with no recourse since there is no HR on site. Aon makes sure there is a phone number for problems with ethical issues with client stuff available but the number for HR for issues with coworkers or managers is almost non-existent. If some workers can work from home, all should be allowed to do it, at the very least in bad weather. Technology is way behind. No one listens at all to the lower level staff and throwing some water ice once a year or maybe a cake on a holiday isn't going to do it. It's almost insulting. Upper management gets drunk at holiday party and tells lower level staff they appreciate them then goes back to the old grind afterwards. Is our collective self esteem so low that they think that's nice of them? Who knows. Holidays where people have off (MLK, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve) have to be taken with a personal day, or they let you out with barely enough time to get home in holiday traffic for the big ones. Not enough sick/personal days. Work Life balance is non existent. If you don't work 80 hours a week, you are looked at as lazy and treated as such.
