Not paid nearly enough - but because it's an NGO, they mostly get away with it because people who work there are driven by passion and not pay. Leader is a micromanager - from overall strategy, where furniture went, to how long things should take. What's the point of a team if you want to decide everything?

Simply put, the culture that Anza has created through its work and staff is inspiring to be a part of. As a member of this rich community, you'll see yourself grow in perspective and capability.
