Business outlook
Pros
Leadership is focused on setting up for the future. Open to change, open to ideas, very supportive of work life balance and employee advancement. Some differences in culture and process across various parts of the company but that type of diversity is what makes the company so interesting.
Cons
Some leaders are not authentic, and I personally appreciate honesty. There are some opportunities for growth, but would have liked to have seen more. There are some in management who do not appreciate what it is to have "life" happening behind the scenes for those that work from home.
