Pros
Young but intelligent people, growing company with growth opportunities. Competitive compensation. Great office. The company's business model has been rapidly changing and the organization has been also improving since I join the company. The culture department team has done great jobs
Cons
Since it's goring rapidly there are some growing pains. The organization and job scope are not stable, and the company move is too fast sometimes. Sometimes the client is demanding and difficult to manage work-life-balance.
