Cons
Their trainers are bent on teaching you sales techniques to bolster their commission. They would rather sale then take pride in their trade work. They will offer services that are not needed to get the sales to unsuspecting clients. They require you to conform to the status quo to benefit the business and are unkind to any critical feedback. The purpose of a position is to always strive to be the best but how can you be the best if you are stagnant in your ways. They leave their trainees on job sites alone to finish jobs but claim they are not performing and when questioned they turn in to bullies. The trainers use their trainees time that they should be taking to teach them the ropes, to get their jobs finished quicker to get more jobs to get more commissions.
