Pros
Lots of smart and highly motivated people working in a really big space. I get the feeling that everyone here genuinely enjoys their job and works hard to build a product that stands out. I've been consistently impressed at how much autonomy and flexibility one has here. Nobody tells you what or how to do things - there is a heavy reliance on people to figure things out and plenty of appetite for risk. Some extra points: * Remote first / friendly * Low ego culture. Everyone is kind and willing to help. * If you need something to do your job better, you'll get it without jumping through hoops. * Respect for life balance. Many have families with young kids including our own leadership. * Really unique combination of tech and UX challenges. * Super responsive product/design/engineering team. If there are any customer issues, they're usually fixed right away. * Product built on a solid foundation. Well thought out. Great to time to be at Anvyl and super excited to see where we go next!
Cons
* Need to be comfortable with ambiguity and at times, sharp turns. * Supply chain can be a challenging market to penetrate with lots of big incumbents. * The space can be almost too big that it makes it hard to focus on specific problems given the resources we have.
