Pros
None- this place has a terrible, caustic culture of any place I've been. The HQ's Management team based in Spain seems to not trust the US team and tends to micro-manages everything. The only positive is you can leave at 3PM on Fridays! Best stay away.
Cons
Micro management from SPAIN HQ - No respect of the US workers, little to none direct management involvement with employees. Everyone seems to have a poor attitude - not a positive place!
