Having the opportunity to work with Residents diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease
Cons
Lacking leadership, immature people in management roles, blind leading the blind, no structure. Extremely unorganized!

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate feedback as it offers us the opportunity to learn and grow. While we are committed to providing a great work experience, we can always make improvements. I would welcome the opportunity to talk further. Feel free to send me an e-mail at Lmccoy@anthemmemorycare.com and we can set up time to visit. Thank you! Lewis McCoy
Good bonus structure; listens to front line team members for what is needed as well as different ideas to build success in team members and the community
Cons
No matching for 401K or tuition reimbursement; PTO days not competitive with market; challenging work-life balance to keep up with pace of inquiries, tours & move-in’s
It is amazing to help families and residents with placement for memory care. It is a huge and scary transition for them. It feels great to educate and help them.
Cons
No work/life balance. Yes- it is salary BUT I feel like it is taken advantage of a little bit with all of the calls, texts, emails and functions that are after hours or on days off.
