Pros
You can work from home 2 days in a week
Cons
1. You will work at a place like a library, with nobody talking in the office, and you will have little chance to talk with your coworkers. 2. Extremely nano-sized team, with one junior frontend developer (which is me) and one junior backend developer to handle their multi-million-dollar business and expected to have their project finished in an insanely short time and production-ready project. 3. Vague business requirements and no functional specification for projects, the so-called UI design is AI-generated garbage mixed with some screenshots and descriptions. You will be working as a UIUX designer and frontend developer at the same time to fill up the blanks. 4. Super high-intensity workplace. You will receive complaints for glancing at your phone for once even though was your first day onboard. 5. Being terminated right before you pass the probation, they are not willing to give out the so-called benefit they promised even if you worked hard and accomplished something remarkable (1 mobile application in production use, half of the accounting system and a number of small tasks).
