Disgusting environment - Anonymous employee Antech Diagnostics Employee Review

ICF is too busy being woke and dividing people into boxes instead of bringing people together. Constant focus on their far left political agenda and political correctness. Impossible to get a raise to market rate. Some horrible middle management hires. My direct team and close co-workers were awesome as was the client. The project was interesting and I rose to a distinguished position on my team. Being a 100% remote worker I was not a risk to workplace safety yet they fired me over the mandate (even though it had been dropped by the supreme court). They would rather shoot themselves in the foot than accept differing opinions, beliefs or even look a real statistics. Cult like culture, close minded executive team.
