Pros
I’ve never known a company with a culture like the one Antech has. The entire sales force feels more like a family than anything else. It’s a safe zone and I genuinely enjoy spending time with my coworkers. I believe the people I work with care about what they do and are passionate about total team success. I feel supported and appreciated and am very proud to work here.
Cons
The internal workings of the company need some help and Antech is making strides to improve.
