Cons
Top performers hit their ceiling rather quickly due to comp decelerators and pay is lower than area averages. Customer facing employees struggle to get deals done due to internal business unit fiefdoms. Legal and business operations are horrific in this regard. Company will also manipulate comp rules to their benefit, not yours.
