The 5 years I was employed the company was in a constant state of restructuring from top to bottom. From roles and duties, to departments and expectations. Always 'testing' out new protocols with training in the form of a quick email. Knowledge was very much gatekept, and spread amongst 5 or 6 different locations (confluence, MeBo, salesforce, sharepoint, etc.). Departments are very siloed with some departments unreachable even when they were the only department with access to certain tools or were needed to deploy a fix. Payrate was very low in comparison to the market. No room to grow or change positions. Nepotism is rampant. I trained one person from another department and within a year they were 2 steps above me while still coming to me for answers. The majority of the workforce is now in Pune and Hyderabad, India which frustrated the majority of our clients, and made internal communications difficult. I don't foresee much of a future left for their auto dealership websites with very little staff left due to repeated largescale reductions. I honestly have no idea how they are completing anything with such a tiny workforce.
