Pros

The snack draw that is empty by Wednesday

Cons

Ignore the Great Place to Work awards, staff and team leaders are aggressively forced to ensure the business gets a good result. Toxic workplace driven and promoted by leadership who are extremely insecure and incompetent. Things I witnessed members of the leadership team do: - Regularly have infant-like tantrums and yell at staff (especially if their bonus is going to be effected) - Stand over staff and force them to post company updates to their personal LinkedIn accounts (and wouldn’t leave and until they witnessed them post) - Constantly deny saying things that they have said, they do not put anything in emails and will do anything to save face - Talks trash about staff and the original founder openly on the floor. It’s also clear that the ELT have been selectively chosen under the framework of - financial reward and immunity in exchange for complicity. This is no more evident than in the HR department, who have had multiple complaints, supported by hard evidence about abusive and threatening behaviour from leadership - but do nothing. Other members of the ELT are so insecure they proactively spend their days starting rumours about team members to distract the business from looking at what they are not doing. Put simply, horrible place to work, the business is struggling to deliver results and its run by incompetent relics who see this as their golden ticket to an early retirement, and they will do anything to protect their grift. Ignore any response Ansarada make to any negative reviews, they’re just trying to save face.

Pros

During my time at Ansarada, I was very pleased with the value that was placed on the employee experience. The culture is great and the people are some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The emphasis on collaboration fosters relationships built across business silos and individuals are given the opportunity to play to their strengths and lean on the strengths of others to achieve a common goal. There is an ever increasing amount of attention devoted to development and enablement, for example the company wide book clubs and the new tools that constantly being added to empower employees. They are hiring some of the best leaders from some of the top SaaS companies in the world and you can already see some of the influences that these new additions are bringing to the table.

Cons

Ansarada is very well established in many other regions of the world and now the focus is on taking the factors that have garnered such traction globally and making them a staple here in the US. With penetrating any new market comes challenges and growing pains. Some things work in one market that don’t necessarily work in other markets. What matters is that management is paying attention to what works and what doesn’t and adjustments are made swiftly. This can cause a lot of change and requires a lot of agility from employees, but would you rather a company that doesn’t adapt? I honestly believe that Ansarada is on the right track for delivering a platform that empowers businesses to be better prepared to execute when opportunity presents itself.

Pros

Absolutely none. Sorry to say.

Cons

Judgmental aggressive work environment in USA. Really bad. No training and no support. They rent the office in Chicago because they know they won't be here for long.
