Technical depth like no other company. Excellent German counterparts to learn from. Freedom to learn, read and experiment during free time.
Cons
Not great salary slabs. on PPTs Senior management does not want to retain experienced and knowledgeable resources. Senior management is surviving only on PPTs. No maturity to take a product to market. Senior management busy milking German cows.
