Cons
The organizational culture is based on fear and there are only two different managerial styles offered there: micromanagement and crisis management. They say they are a family owned company and that is from the top down. Because of the family, they look to blame others when things fail and the company is more concerned about who's to blame rather than fixing the problem. They are not interested in any idea that threatens their control over everything and everyone. Someone else will always be to blame and most are more concerned about being fired or let go. Finally, employees are treated differently throughout. Managers lack the ability to manage and your job will dictate how you are treated.
